Skepta has shared his new single ‘Bullet From A Gun’.
Taken as the first song to be lifted off his upcoming album ‘Ignorance Is Bliss‘, due out later this month, ‘Bullet From A Gun’ marks the first of two songs that Skepta will share today, with a follow-up set to land as Annie Mac’s Radio 1 Hottest Record.

Another day, another line-up announcement (it’s getting pretty exciting, isn’t it?!).
Following yesterday’s reveal of the West Holts and Babylon Uprising rosters, today marks the turn of Worthy Farm’s Acoustic Stage.
Having been a prominent part of Glastonbury’s history for almost three decades, this year’s Acoustic line-up will see appearances from the likes of Keane and Hawkwind on Saturday 29th June, whilst Wet Wet Wet’s former-frontman Marti Pellow will also lead the charge during the day too. US /songwriter Ricki Lee Jones will close the stage on Glastonbury’s final day, whilst the tent will also see the return of the infamous Bootleg Beatles. The line-up also confirms the whereabouts of The Mavericks following their self-confirmation back in March.

Organisers of Glastonbury’s Babylon Uprising have announced their 2019 line-up, as the rave-focused tent gears up for its seventh anniversary on Worthy Farm.
Nestled deep in the heart of Glastonbury’s Market, Babylon Uprising has been synonymous with heavyweight soundsystems over the years, and has earned a solid reputation as the place to be for those 3am rave-heads.
Highlights for 2019 include DJ Barely Legal, High Class Filter and indie imprint, Durkle Disco. Check the full line-up and promo video, below:

Organisers of Glastonbury Festival’s West Holts stage have detailed their 2019 line-up, following last year’s reveal of headliner Janelle Monae.
Set to close the stage on Sunday 30th June (with support from Kamasi Washington and Roy Ayers), the rest of West Holts will see Jon Hopkins lead the charge on the Friday, with Wu Tang Clan headlining the Saturday. The former will see support from Jorja Smith and Maribou State, whilst Wu Tang will be supported by Jungle, Neneh Cherry and Lizzo.
Alongside the line-up, organisers have confirmed (as per previous on-field shots) that the West Holts stage has been rotated marginally a few degrees, but to allow a better line-of-sight across all parts of the arena. Additionally, relay speakers have been added to ensure the sound can be further-reaching than previous years.

Ahead of next month’s festivities, Glastonbury organisers have announced their latest line-up, this time for The Glade area.
Nestled en-route to Arcadia and The Park, and just around the corner from Leftfield, The Glade has always been synonymous with electronica and dance, and this year undoubtedly continues that theme.

Madonna has shared her new song ‘I Rise’, the second track to be lifted off her upcoming album ‘Madame X’.
Coming off the back of April’s ‘Medellin‘, which she performed at last night’s Billboard Music Awards, ‘I Rise’ will join its former as one of five songs taken from the new record before it lands in full in June. ‘Crave’, which features Swae Lee, will arrive on 10th May, whilst ‘Future’, which stars Quavo, will drop the following week. Final song ‘Dark Ballet’ will land on 7th June.

Diplo has released his long-awaited ‘Higher Ground’ EP, following last month’s release of lead tracks ‘Hold You Tight’ and ‘Bubble Up‘.
Featuring an additional two songs – ‘Give Dem’ and ‘Win Win’, the latest excerpts hear the globally-renowned producer hook up with Blond:ish and Kah-Lo on the former, whilst the latter track takes things into deeper underground territory with vocal assistance from Tove Lo.

After years of delivering some top-class upbeat futuretronic (including last year’s ‘Better Together‘), Australian producer Hayden James is back with new music, and he’s also detailed his long-awaited debut album too.
Announced earlier today, James’ studio debut ‘Between Us’ will arrive on 14th June via the burgeoning Future Classic imprint, a label which has cultivated the producer since his arrival on the scene back in 2013.
In celebration of the record, Hayden has also shared the project’s lead single, ‘Nowhere To Go’. Featuring NAATIONS, James shares the fluidity of making such a song – “I met Nicky & Nat (NAATIONS) last year in LA” he said – “I played them a bunch of demos I’d been working on and one just clicked. I’d written it the night before and Nat & Nicky came with an incredible top line that just fit perfectly! This song has always had a big summer vibe for me, I feel a sense of freedom and hope and the notion of ‘you only live once’ so make the most of it… “we ain’t got no better place to go, doesn’t matter cause I know you”.

Greenpeace have detailed their Glastonbury 2019 plans, citing what’s set to become their “best field ever”.
Attracting thousands of festival-goers annually, this year’s Greenpeace field is set to deliver another inspiring space full of bespoke installations and especial effects alongside a host of holograms and Virtual Reality displays.
2019 will see the cause collaborate with Nottingham artist Wolfgang Buttress for their new sculptural installation, BEAM – a multi-sensory, immersive, sculptural experience. Accelerometers will be used to measure the activity of the black bee colonies living on Michael Eavis’ Worthy Farm at Glastonbury. These live signals will be sent to BEAM and expressed through light and sound. Algorithms will then be used to convert these vibrational signals into lighting and sound effects that will allow the life of the bee colony to be visually and aurally experienced in real time.
This visual experience is complemented by a fluid and ever-changing soundscape based on pre-recorded bee sounds and harmonious stems crafted by the band BE, members of Spiritualized (including Doggen Foster, Kev Bales, James Stelfox and Jason Pierce), Amiina (string section for Sigur Ros), Daniel Avery, Ólafur Arnalds, Camille Christel and Matt Black (Coldcut/Ninja Tune). It promises to be one of the must-see and most talked about experiences of Glastonbury 2019.
Also on the field this year will be the return of the Giant Rave tree, a 22m high interactive tree housing a DJ booth – (including Simian Mobile Disco amongst others). An amazing new bar will also appear, alongside Greenpeace’s infamous hot showers (which attracted over 7,000 people in 2017). The skate ramp also returns for 2019.

Glastonbury Festival’s Shangri-La has become the latest area to reveal its 2019 line-up.
Nestled in the furthest corner of Glastonbury’s Worthy Farm (historically known as the ‘naughty corner’), Shangri-La has over the years manifested itself as the go-to venue for playtime with a political twist. Earlier today, Boom Sound Recordings became the first Shangri-La stage to reveal their Thursday lineup – the rest of the field and all subsequent Shangri-La stages can be found below. Highlights include My Nu Leng, Zinc, Craig Charles, Bicep and Bestival’s Rob Da Bank.
