After spending the last couple of years appearing alongside the likes of Tyler, The Creator, Snoop Dogg, Major Lazer and Goldlink, plus featuring on two joints on the new Gorillaz album, Kali Uchis has stepped back into her own realm, dropping her new single Tyrant.

Featuring Jorja Smith, the track comes amid the announcement of a second London summer show following next month’s sold-out gig at Jazz Cafe where she’ll hit Hackney’s Oslo on 11th June.

Lifted off the Manchester-born MC’s upcoming King Of The North EP (his third mini project before he shoots into full-length album mode), Through The Night joins an impressive star-cast on Bugzy’s final collection which will feature the likes of Shola Ama, Shift K3Y, Toddla T and Tom Grennan. Glastonbury 2017: Mistajam self-confirms for Arcadia

Radio 1 and 1Xtra’s Mistajam has self-confirmed his appearance at this summer’s Glastonbury, marking the first act to be revealed to perform at Arcadia.

With the line-up for the dance area still under wraps, Mistajam has confirmed he’ll hit Glastonbury’s ‘giant spider’ on Sunday 25th June, two days post his appearance at Shangri-La where he’ll play host to the ‘garage & grime’ soundclash, featuring Heartless Crew, MC Kie, MC Vapour and more.

UPDATE: Further investigation has confirmed that Skream and Solardo had been confirmed for Arcadia prior to Mistajam; our bad for failing to pick that one up (though having a Mistajam set on the spider is still pretty awesome in our eyes!)

Already got your ticket to 2017’s Glastonbury Festival but still sorting out your transport? No worries, we’ve got you covered! We’ve teamed up with National Express to give away two pairs of return tickets to the festival from one of their many departure points across the country.

National Express have been the official Glastonbury coach partner for over 20 years. Not only do they depart from countless points across the UK (now also including direct services from Bristol Airport straight to Worthy Farm), their highly applauded green credentials mean their coaches emit five times less CO2 emissions than if you were to hit up the farm in your car.

Additionally, coach travel doesn’t mean you’ll be slumming it – all National Express customers are entitled to place two 20kg bags in the hold (which, packing well, pretty much means you’ll be properly covered for the full five days of Glasto). Their services also cover the entirety of the event, arriving early-doors at the festival at around 4:30am on Wednesday 21 June, with return coaches ready to scarper between 4pm on Sunday 25 June right through to 2am on Monday 26 June (basically meaning you can still have a sneaky venture into Shangri-La before that sleepy journey home).

Oliver Nelson has returned from hiding on a new label, fresh with a ‘kinda new’ logo, plus an instant jam that’s as sun-led as nu-disco goes.

Titled Rhubarb, the track is the Norwegian’s first major release since last year’s excellent Ain’t A Thing and comes by way of UK imprint Perfect Havoc.

Glastonbury 2017: Silver Hayes Sonic Stage line-up announced

Glastonbury’s Silver Hayes has announced the third of it’s stage-by-stage line-ups, this time focusing on the main arena, the Sonic Stage.

Set to star Fatboy Slim headlining on the Saturday night, this year’s Sonic will also see an upgrade from last year’s WOW Stage appearance for Mura Masa. UKG heroes The Dreem Teem will be making their Sonic debut, as will AJ Tracey and Kojo Funds.

Glastonbury 2017: The Common line-up revealed

Glastonbury’s The Common becomes the latest area to reveal its 2017 line-up, and it’s just as crazy as you’d expect.

Venue-wise, the Rum Shack and the Temple are [fortunately] confirmed to return, whilst the UV paint fight will also be raring to go on the Sunday as per previous years.

From a DJ/performance POV, Dusky, Patrick Topping and Shadow Child have all been added to the roster, with Gorgon City embarking on the Temple on the Friday night, as one of their three DJ sets across the farm over the course of the Glastonbury weekend. Meanwhile, Logan D & Majistrate will be conducting the opening ceremony for the Temple, with Friction also expected to drop a menacing set on the Saturday.

The Rum Shack also has some dark sets planned too. My Nu Leng & Dread MC will close on the Sunday, whilst additional performances have been confirmed from the likes of Reeps One, Ivy Lab and Mike Skinner’s return with Murkage ‘… presents Tonga’.

Original Dodger, aka the original duo behind Artful Dodger, have revealed their first piece of new music in almost 15 years.

Featuring Daecolm, P Money and Davinche, Millionaire marks a return to the soulful 2-step groove that made Mark and Pete’s original success so deserved back in the early-2000s.

“Millionaire combines all our favourite elements in one tune, a typical Dodger bass-line and drums with a great Lyrical concept, hook and melodies from Daecolm and Davinche and P. Money tops it all off with an unbelievable flow.” says Mark, with Pete adding “from the minute Daecolm sung the hook we knew we were onto something. It has a really positive message; be yourself, don’t try to impress people and work hard”.

Original Dodger will be revealing new music throughout the summer, culminating in the impending release of their 11-track mixtape, aptly-titled Soundtrack.
