Zak Abel has announced his first headline show of 2019, hitting up London’s Roundhouse next spring.
Set to hit the esteemed venue on 16th March, the announcement follows Friday’s release of ‘You Come First‘, the singer’s first piece of new music since his 2017 debut album, ‘Only When We’re Naked’.

After posting a mysterious countdown timer almost a week ago, Swedish House Mafia have now revealed further details about their heavily-teased reunion.
In a press conference this morning (22nd October), the trio confirmed that the positive response from their Ultra performance earlier in the year paved the way to a full-scale reformation. As such, they have also revealed that their various side projects will take a backseat whilst all focus and attention will be placed on pushing the SHM brand.
When posed about new music, SHM revealed they’re currently in the studio, though they won’t be dropping anything for a while yet. Regarding live shows, a world tour is still scheduled, though they will be kicking off 2019 with a homecoming show in Stockholm on 4th May. More shows will apparently be announced “later”.

Manic Street Preachers have announced an intimate 12-date UK tour in celebration of the 20th anniversary of ‘This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours’.
Kicking off on 14 May 2019 in Cambridge, the band will perform in Bath, followed by two nights each in London and Manchester, before hitting Birmingham, Southampton, Edinburgh, York, Liverpool and ending in Leicester, and fans can get access to tickets before the general sale.
Released in September ’98, ‘This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours’ was the band’s fifth studio project, and featured one of the Manics’ most-iconic singles, ‘If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next’.

Little Mix made their UK return earlier today (21st October), taking to the stage as headliners of the 2018 BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards.
Performing some of their biggest hits, the four-piece also shared their new single ‘Woman Like Me‘ live for the first time.
Unfortunately there was no sign of track-collaborator Nicki Minaj, but regardless, Little Mix delivered a prime example of why they’re still up there with the best in the business. Lifted off their upcoming album ‘LM5’, the girls also performed past hits ‘Touch’, ‘Only You’ and ‘Shout Out To My Ex’.

Gorillaz’ Demon Dayz Festival celebrated its second birthday over the weekend, this time moving from Margate to Pico Rivera in California.
The one-day event, which featured sets from the likes of DRAM, The Internet and Erykah Badu, was of course headlined by Damon Albarn and the rest of his Gorillaz crew. Welcoming alongside special guests spanning De La Soul, George Benson and Peven Everett (among others), it was Albarn’s Blur-bandmate Graham Coxon who ran the crowd into a frenzy, as the duo performed one of the band’s most-infamous hits, ‘Song 2’.
