Hear Icarus’ ‘Man Of The Land’, ft Real Lies
Icarus have teamed up with London trio Real Lies for their new single ‘Man of the Land’, the follow-up to last month’s ‘Echoes‘.
Set to join its predecessor on the duo’s forthcoming EP ‘This Must Be The Place’ (due out 30th November), ‘Man of the Land’ delivers a more cinematic look at Icarus’ versatility, and follows their upcoming project more conceptual focus.
“The theme of this EP is based around always moving from one place to the next, or running away as well as the thoughts, feelings and emotions which come from living this way” say Icarus. “There are moments of feeling free from being tied down and having endless possibilities. But there’s also a loneliness and anxiety that comes from simply moving on rather than addressing your problems. It’s not about making a judgment on people who are in that situation, it’s just an exploration of a yin-and-yang lifestyle.”

Professor Green has teamed up with Rag’n’Bone Man for his new single, ‘Photographs’.
The emotional track, produced alongside Fraser T Smith (Adele, Stormzy, Dave, Drake) alongside TMS (Jess Glynne, Ed Sheeran, Lily Allen), hears Pro reflect on his past and reflecting on lost memories. “Photographs conjure up so many different emotions” says Green – “The ones I miss the most are the ones I never took. They are for me, in many ways, the memories I don’t have – especially the ones from my childhood. I wish I had more.”

Wilkinson has shared the video for ‘I Need’, his recent collaboration with vocalist Hayla.
Having already gained support from BBC Radio 1 since release, the track follows a stellar 2018 schedule for the UK producer, which has included a sold-out live show at the iconic Brixton Academy, as well as a fifth consecutive summer residency at Amnesia Ibiza’s ‘Together’ event series, plus performances at Creamfields, Hideout, SW4, and Reading & Leeds Festival.
Featuring British actor Thomas Turgoose, best known for his role in ‘This Is England’, the video for ‘I Need’ focuses on the various lives of a building’s residents. Showcasing the everyday happenings of various characters, Turgoose acts as the video’s central character, eventually finding love with one of the building’s elevator’s more warm-hearted members.

Labrinth, Sia and Diplo have shared more new music from their LSD supergroup with their latest single ‘Mountains’.
Premiered as Zane Lowe’s World Record on Apple’s Beats 1, the track follows on from the trio’s previous band of releases, including August’s huge ‘Thunderclouds‘. In an interview with Lowe, Labrinth confirmed that twelve songs under the LSD-moniker have been created for a full-length album.
