Listen: CUT_ – ‘Undertow’
A quick look over on CUT_’s Soundcloud shows a stellar repertoire of indie-inspired electronica, yet today’s joint may well be their finest yet.
Dropping Undertow just prior to the weekend, the Dutch duo deliver something that could eerily be described as ‘FKA Twigs meets Flume meets MØ meets Fickle Friends’ – essentially this is synth/electro-pop at its most-brilliance.

Glastonbury 2017: Sabatta and RaRa Reynolds self-confirm
Two new acts have quietly confirmed their appearance at this summer’s Glastonbury Festival, whilst rumours continue to spin on who will be hitting up the main stages later this June.
London 3-piece Sabatta will join RaRa Reynolds on the Friday and Sunday, though actual stages and times of performances are still to be confirmed.
Check both announcements below; Glastonbury 2017 runs from 21-26th June at the site’s regular Worthy Farm home in Somerset. So far, Radiohead are the only group to be confirmed to headline, with Foo Fighters and Ed Sheeran rumoured to fill the final two Pyramid Stage slots.

Professor Green has announced his new single Active, the latest cut to be lifted from Pro’s upcoming Back on The Market EP.
Featuring Dream McLean, Active is produced by Raf Riley (Etta Bond, Lady Leeshurr), with a remix on the way courtesy from Back on The Market collaborator, Z Dot.

Following a two year hiatus, Kiesza has returned with the disco-inspired Dearly Beloved, the lead track from her upcoming second studio album, rumoured to land later this year.
Of the track, the Canadian says: When my best friend Alice passed away nearly a year and a half ago, her white electric guitar was passed along to me. In her memory and because I love her so much, I promised myself that I would not let it sit in its case collecting dust. I was going to play the hell out of it, just as she would have done. So that’s what I’m doing. Inspired by her and all of you, I am absolutely ecstatic to be able to start off this new chapter with my new song, Dearly Beloved”

SOHN has announced the latest excerpt from his upcoming Rennen LP ahead of the project’s release next week.
Hard Liquor, which received its premiere as Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 ‘World Record’ earlier this evening also comes accompanied by an eerie yet captivating video, whilst the track itself receives co-writing credits from Sam Dew, most recently heard on Julio Bashmore’s Holding On.

We Are FSTVL 2017: Phase 2 line-up announced
We Are FSTVL organisers have kicked off the New Year by announcing the next wave of their 2017 plans.
Revealed moments ago, Dizzee Rascal, Chris Lorenzo, Giggs, 99 Souls and Danny Howard (among others) will join over 150 previously-announced artists (including Basement Jaxx, Kurupt FM, Duke Dumont and Wiley) as the annual party returns to Upminster in early-summer to celebrate its fifth birthday.
This year’s We Are FSTVL will also see the addition of camping for the first time in the festival’s history.

Coachella 2017: Full line-up released, incl Beyonce, Radiohead & Kendrick Lamar
Beyonce, Radiohead and Kendrick Lamar have been revealed as the headliners for 2017’s Coachella, joining a huge amount of artists on the recently-unveiled lineup.
Announced moments ago, the two April weekends will also play host to the likes of Glass Animals, The xx, Lorde, Porter Robinson, Madeon and Kaytranada, whilst former Glastonbury Festival Emerging Talent Competition winner Declan McKenna will also be making his debut in the California desert.
Other names to note include Bonobo, whose forthcoming album Migration lands later this month, with Nao, Mura Masa and Four Tet also among the preceedings.
