Following news of her appointment on the ‘Legend’s Slot’ at next year’s Glastonbury Festival, Diana Ross has announced plans for a rare UK tour following her Worthy Farm appearance.

The run of dates, which kick off in Leeds on Tuesday 30th June, will see the icon also perform shows in Liverpool, Manchester, Glasgow and Birmingham. She will conclude her stint at London’s O2 Arena on 8th July.

Born and raised in Detroit, Diana Ross first found fame as the lead singer of the powerhouse vocal group The Supremes, recording hit singles such as Stop! In The Name Of Love, You Can’t Hurry Love, Baby Love and You Keep Me Hangin’ On.

Following her departure from the group in 1970, Diana Ross embarked on a solo career which has seen her become one of the biggest selling recording artists of all time, releasing 24 solo studio albums and celebrating 47 top 40 singles in the UK alone
