Glastonbury 2020: Diana Ross confirmed for Sunday afternoon Legends slot

Diana Ross has become the first major act to be confirmed for 2020’s Glastonbury Festival, heading up the Pyramid Stage’s coveted Legends Slot on Sunday 28th June.

Announced moments ago, Ross will make her Pyramid Stage debut in a show that will mark her first UK performance since 2008. With the reveal, the Motown star said “To all my fans across the world, this is my tribute to you…. Every concert feels like a private party. I can see your eyes and feel your hearts. I’m coming to Glastonbury, with love.”

Often seen as Glasto’s ‘unofficial fourth headliner’, previous Sunday afternoon performers have included the likes of Kylie Minogue, Dolly Parton, Lionel Richie, Tony Bennett and Dame Shirley Bassey.

Glastonbury 2020 runs from 24-28th June.
