Organisers of Glastonbury Festival’s late-night hub Block9 have revealed their 2019 lineup.
Announced almost six months since co-founders Gideön Berger and Stephen Gallagher teased an overhauled area for this year (which has since been confirmed with the subsequent release of Glastonbury’s 2019 map), the ‘upgraded’ Block9 will see appearances from the likes of The Black Madonna, Erick Morillo, HAAI and Josh Wink across its multiple sites – their new IICON venue, Genosys and NYC Downlow. The Friday night (28th June) will also see a Janet Jackson tribute at NYC Downlow.
2017’s Glastonbury saw Block9 celebrate its ten-year anniversary, and within its first decade has established itself as the crux of the festival’s self-proclaimed ‘naughty corner’.
