Block9 will “double in size” when the area returns to Glastonbury for 2019, organisers of the area have confirmed.
Speaking to BBC 6Music’s Mary Ann Hobbs earlier today (1st December), Block9’s Gideon Berger and Stephen Gallagher teased their 2019 plans – “actually this year we’re doubling in size. We’ve taken over another field, and we have a very exciting new project we’ve been working on for the past four years”.
Situated in the South-East ‘naughty corner’ of Worthy Farm, Block9 has expanded over recent years, and now reaches thousands of night-time attendees with their multiple stages – NYC Downlow, Genosys and London Underground.
