Glastonbury 2019 tickets sell out in quick time once again

All remaining tickets for 2019’s Glastonbury Festival have now sold out, following Thursday’s quick rush for the initial batch of 15,000 coach and ticket passes.

Confirmed by both Glastonbury Festival and SeeTickets moments ago, it is estimated that almost two-million users logged in worldwide at 9am (GMT) this morning to reserve the remaining 150,000 tickets. All tickets were gone within 36 minutes.

Those who were not so fortunate as to secure tickets should lay their hopes on the resale next year – historically additionally batches of tickets go back on the market some two months before the event as punters who originally bagged their chance to attend Glastonbury Festival fail to pay balances and/or request ticket refunds. Update: Emily Eavis has now confirmed the April 2019 resale:
