Simply put, futuretronica is in a fucking good place right now – a genre that’s seemingly having been developed by a new wave of young musicians thanks, in part, to having little by way of ‘major label interference’, and therefore allowing creativity to be pushed to the max.
One artist we’ve been firmly keeping our eyes on over the past twelve months or so, mind, has to be Brayton Bowman, the young NYC native who impressed us greatly with last year’s Skin Deep, and has consistently been putting out bangers ever since.
Today, Brayton gives a one-up over himself with his new jam What’s Really Good?, dropping sublimely-twisted future-soul sonics across far-reaching vocals.
