Shura has announced a one-off London live show as she gears up for the release of her anticipated debut album Nothings Real.
Set to hit a secret venue in the capital on 21st June, the set will precede the singer’s appearance on Glastonbury’s Other Stage later that week, and comes by way of her Kopparberg Fruit Lager-backed partnership with acclaimed YouTube channel Sofar Sounds.
Recognised as one of our very own Ones To Watch for 2015 (yep, we nodded to Shura way back over 18 months ago!), the Londoner’s excellent discography to-date has so far led her to acclaim from both sides of the Atlantic – most-recently teaming up with Talib Kweli for a re-polished edit of Touch.
Fans can sign up for a chance to win entry to the gig over at https://www.sofarsounds.com/comp/shura – venue information will be revealed 24 hours before kick-off. You can also check out Shura’s brilliant 80’s-influenced new single What’s It Gonna Be below:
