At the turn of November, Tom Prior shared his all-new track Take It All, a strong debut effort, and the first cut off his Paint The Ceiling Blue EP.
Today, the young newcomer shares the rest of the project, featuring three further tracks.
Keeping the essence of what made the aforementioned lead track so endearing, Paint The Ceiling Blue seems far more mature than Tom’s young years, and delivers a cut away from guitar-based pop into something more enticing and emotive versus his contemporaries.
In fact, the timing of Paint The Ceiling Blue bodes well for Prior – with Ed Sheeran announcing earlier today his intention to take a break from the limelight, there just might be a gap for Tom to shine through. Heck, he’s already appeared on Radio 1’s Live Lounge, and that’s without even a full LP under his belt!
