Earlier in the week, Hermitude announced plans to bring their Dark Night Sweet Light tour to the UK for a one-off show in November. Set to hit Dalston’s Birthday’s midway through next month, the Australian duo aligned the announcement by hooking up with one of the UK’s most-pioneering garage producers, Sticky, for a new remix of their huge The Buzz.
Whilst the original took a more soultronic (??) stance, you can rely on Sticky to inject some ‘Britishness’ into the cut, flipping it with some deep bass-lines and chopping the vocals, all-in to deliver a punchy, yet elegant edit.
Cop a listen in full below; meanwhile tickets to Hermitude’s Dalston gig are on-sale now (here) – be quick though, capacity at the venue is pretty limited.
