“I wonder what a tropical-house Mumford & Sons would sound like”… asked no-one, ever…. but what we’re hearing from Alex Schulz’s new tie-up with Tyler Sjostrom actually sounds like the end-result of that experiment, and we’re massively-grateful they took that gamble.
Sharing the exquisite Red River moments ago, Schulz and Sjostrom provide a quintessential late-night/early-morning anthem with this one. It’s beach-led, and whilst the formula seems to be tiring of late, Sjostrom’s vocals help deliver something quite breathtaking.
