Sam Smith has paid tribute to Amy Winehouse as the singer made his return to the T In The Park stage earlier this evening.
Covering Winehouse’s classic Tears Dry On Their Own on the festival’s main stage, Smith then continued to pay homage to Marvin Gaye and Chic (alongside his friend and legendary disco producer Nile Rodgers) as his band embarked on a medley from Winehouse to Marvin Gaye’s Ain’t No Mountain High Enough, concluded by Rodgers’ Le Freak.
