As part of their recent visit to Zane Lowe’s Maida Vale sessions, Gorgon City unveiled their tribute to UK garage by bringing along Maverick Sabre and Kele Le Roc for their Live Lounge ‘Wild Card’ cover.
Maverick Sabre set things off by taking the reigns of Roy Davis Jr’s Gabrielle (a track regularly mooted as one of the most pioneering songs of the genre), then providing backing vocals for Kele Le Roc as she belted out the 10° Below remix of her hit My Love in a way only she could.
Stream below in full; Gorgon City are currently continuing support of their brilliant debut album Sirens (available via the iTunes link), whilst tickets to the duo’s nationwide tour are on-sale now direct from Ticketmaster (here).
