It’s been less than a month since Tinashe dropped the A$AP Rocky-featuring Pretend, but that hasn’t stopped her sharing Feels Like Vegas, the latest cut to be lifted off her upcoming debut record, Aquarius.
Set to land next month (coinciding with the album’s release), Feels Like Vegas is an impressive slice of down/mid-tempo solid R&B; some slick production always works but when you have a voice as pure, yet sultry, as Tinashe’s, then things are bound to work. Whilst Feels Like Vegas may feel like a Rihanna cast-off, this direction is absolutely one RiRi should consider going back to – R&B seemed to be in a stagnant place a couple of years back; thankfully Tinashe seems to be moving things into the right direction again.
