Less than 24 hours following his announced partnership with Warner Bros. Records, Prince has unveiled a brand new track, The Breakdown.
The ballad takes a far more subdued approach to his previous efforts (PRETZELBODYLOGIC, Breakfast Can Wait, Da Bourgeoisie), however, as with all Prince music, you’ll be hooked off first play. If the first couple of minutes don’t grab you, wait until around the middle-8…. we’ll leave it at that.
