So it seemsArcade Fire’s Heart of Glass cover last week was a premise for the real thing! Last night, during their headline slot at Coachella, the Arcade Fire clan were joined onstage by Blondie’s very own Debbie Harry, performing a rendition of her hit Blondie track, whilst Win Butler rocked out on piano.
Harry’s appearance onstage was one of the many surprises that seemed to have graced fans over the opening Coachella weekend – on Friday Outkast brought along Future, Sleepy Brown and Janelle Monae for their set, whilst Solange Knowles was joined onstage by big sister Beyonce on Saturday.
Elsewhere, Pharrell enlisted some of the biggest names past-and-present for his headline show, including Busta Rhymes, Puff Daddy, Nelly, Gwen Stefani and more, whilst yesterday also saw Drake jump on stage with Jhene Aiko on From Time.
