Another band has been added to this year’s Glastonbury Festival lineup, organisers have confirmed.
Following Friday’s unveiling of over 100 big-name acts, Italian/British folk-rock group M+A have been added to the bill after winning the Glastonbury Emerging Talent competition earlier this evening (5th April).
As well as being given a slot on one of the Festival’s main stages at Glastonbury 2014, M+A have also been awarded a £5,000 PRS for Music Foundation Talent Development prize, to help take their songwriting and performing to the next level.
Plymouth group The Black Tambourines, alongside Londoner Izzy Bizu, were awarded £2,500 each in the competition after becoming runners up to M+A.
