Chris Brown has paid respects to the King of Pop Michael Jackson whilst unleashing both the audio and video of new single ‘Fine China’ at the same time. The single is expected to appear on Brown’s forthcoming album ‘X’, release date TBC.
The track has an infectious bounce featuring a killer chorus, whilst the 6-minutes video features street-fighting in a similar sense of Jackson’s ‘Bad’ and ‘You Rock My World’, along with dance moves that could equally rival MJ. The track itself sounds very much an offshoot of the ‘Off The Wall’ era – no bad thing in my eyes.
Just after he dropped the new video, Brown tweeted that he’d also be releasing a bonus unedited version; we’ll post that as soon as it’s released. Brown said “Gotta a special bonus video for my fans for #FineChina. All one take… No cuts… Straight performance. #tributetoMJ today!”
