Jessie J has premiered the official video to new single Thunder.
The track, taken from the star’s sophomore album Alive, is the third release from the new record, following Wild and It’s My Party.

World premiere: Peter Frampton – ‘Do You Feel Like We Do?’ (Psymbionic Remix)
Psymbionic has taken the risky move of remixing Pete Frampton’s 1970’s classic Do You Feel Like We Do?.
Premiered moments ago over at our good friends from Vibe Magazine, the remix is an incredible work-of-art that will clearly bring new audiences to Frampton’s early work, and brings many harks back to the early (and some would say glory) days of Daft Punk.

Arcade Fire inadvertently confirm Glastonbury 2014 appearance
During a chat with BBC Radio 2 host Jo Whiley earlier, Arcade Fire’s Win Butler inadvertently gave it away the indie-electro group will be playing at next year’s Glastonbury Festival.
Toward the end of the interview, Butler announced that the band may be spending a lot of time in the UK over the summer, and for fans to “get your wellies ready”. Whiley then added fuel to fire by closing saying “No actual confirmation, however the wellies have been bought for a certain UK festival; we know, the one that has a reputation for quite a lot of rain”.
Exciting stuff. If true, Arcade Fire will join an already-confirmed Lily Allen along with Stanton Warriors to the 2014 event at Somerset’s Worthy Farm.

Listen: Arcade Fire take to BBC Radio 1’s Maida Vale Sessions
Arcade Fire took to Zane Lowe’s Radio 1 sessions tonight in support of their new album Reflektor.
The group performed a setlist of tracks from the new LP, including Afterlife and the title track itself, whilst also speaking with the BBC DJ regarding their future plans, upcoming tour and the group’s new direction.

Ellie Goulding took to Radio 1’s Live Lounge today, performing her rendition of Bastille’s Of The Night as her Live Lounge Cover of choice.
Goulding’s undertaking of track, which famously samples Snap’s Rhythm Is A Dancer and DeBarge’s Rhythm of the Night, a wonderful soul groove; we could listen to this over and over again.

Outkast in talks to reform for Coachella 2014 (and maybe Glastonbury?)
According to sources over at Billboard, US hip-hop duo Outkast are in talks to reform for next year’s Coachella Festival.
The group, consisting of Andre 3000 and Big Boi, have been on hiatus since 2007 following their last studio outing on 2006’s Idelwild. The sources have confirmed that the duo are in talks to reform for the April 2014 event, with further festivals to potentially follow throughout the year. If indeed true, an appearance at next year’s Glastonbury Festival could also be on the cards.
The group are best known for their hit double-album Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, which spawned singles Roses and Hey Ya!.

During a recent interview with Stereogum, Organized Noize member Rico Wade reaffirmed that OutKast’s long-awaited reunion would come during the 2014 installment of Coachcella. In addition to confirming the festival slot, Wade also mentioned that he hoped to lock down a guest appearance from his younger cousin, Future, during the set.
“As we bide our time in the lobby, he affably spills the beans about unreleased Andre 3000 solo songs from a decade ago and his hopes to score Future a cameo during OutKast’s reunion sets at Coachella. Eventually he pulls out his iPhone and plays me a Future/Andre collaboration he produced called “Benz Bitch” that’s earmarked for Honest. It’s yet another side of Future and one rarely heard: brainy, libidinous space-age funk mined from Stankonia’s dankest caverns, an homage to his Dungeon Family roots.”

US group HAIM have announced they are to embark on a World Tour, starting from this month, in support of their smash debut album Days Are Gone.
The tour will see the group play eight dates in the UK this side of Christmas, with a further six dates planned for March 2014.

World premiere: Britney Spears unveils ‘Perfume’ lyric video
Britney Spears has premiered the official lyric video to her new single Perfume.
Written by acclaimed Australian singer-songwriter Sia, Perfume is the second release from Spears’ forthcoming album Britney Jean, following the unveiling of Work Bitch in September.
