Taken from their recently-released collaborative self-titled debut album, ‘No New Friends’ follows a string of singles from the trio, including last year’s ‘Genius‘ which recently received a new verse courtesy of Lil Wayne.

Revealed earlier today, additional acts include Lucy Spraggan, Jade Bird and Frank Turner. The Field of Avalon lineup follows a wealth of Glastonbury news that has appeared over the past few days, including the roster for Silver Hayes and BBC Introducing.

Beck has released his surprise new song, ‘Saw Lightning’.
Produced by Pharrell Williams (who also co-wrote the track), ‘Saw Lightning’ will appear on Beck’s upcoming new album ‘Hyperspace’ that will arrive “at an as yet undetermined point in the space-time continuum” (according to a press release).

Kanye West’s anticipated Coachella edition of his Sunday Service series will live-stream on YouTube, the broadcaster has confirmed.
Set to take place on Easter Sunday at 9am PT, Kanye had previously revealed that the session would be staged “on the mountain” backdrop of Coachella’s camping grounds. The service will fall part of the festival’s second weekend, which runs from 19-21st April.
2019 marks the first year that a YouTube broadcast has covered both Coachella weekends. Meanwhile the stream continues today (14th April) with a headline show from Ariana Grande.

Ariana Grande may have let the cat out the bag amidst rumours of an NSYNC reunion during the former’s headline show at Coachella this weekend.
Throughout the week, Ariana has been sharing snippets of various throwback points to NSYNC’s career (including a clip of herself as a child in the crowd at a concert). Her recent ‘Break Up With Your Girlfriend’ also samples the group’s ‘It Makes Me Ill’, so it’s clear there’s a lot of love there.
And now, Grande has put further teases into the mix.
Replying to NSYNC founding-member JC Chasez’s cryptic tweet “Mic check, mic check one… two… is this thing on?!?”, Ariana wrote “…… sure is 🖤”.
It’s unlikely Justin Timberlake will take part in the rumoured reunion, but either way, it looks like Ariana will be closing Coachella in a memorable way.

Madonna has announced her long-awaited new album, ‘Madame X’.
Though a release-date is yet to be confirmed, the iconic singer shared a teaser of new music in an accompanying announcement video which you can see below.
The stylized clip, which sees Madonna take on elaborate costumes under her new persona, hears the describe Madame X as “a secret agent travelling around the world, changing identity, fighting for freedom, and bringing light to dark places”. At the point of going to press, the backdrop song cannot be identified by Shazam.
In 2018, Madonna revealed her new music was inspired by her time living in Portugal – “I’ve just met lots of really amazing musicians, and I’ve ended up working with a lot of these musicians on my new record, so Lisbon has influenced my music and my work” she told Vogue Italia, adding “How could it not? I don’t see how I could have gone through that year without being informed by all this input of culture…. It’s also such a nice antidote to what’s going on in the music business now where everything’s so formulaic, and every song has 20 guest artists on it, and everyone sounds the same. Something’s gotta give.”
**UPDATE: Madonna has now revealed the first ‘Madame X’ single will be titled ‘Medellin’, and will be released on 17th April**.

Janella Monáe made her Coachella return on Friday night (12th April), taking to the main stage on the festival’s opening weekend. Performing a wealth of hits, including song from last year’s ‘Dirty Computer’ LP, Janelle also took the platform to bring out special guest Lizzo as a twerking partner.

The first official footage of The 1975’s Coachella return has been shared by festival organisers – an energetic rendition of ‘It’s Not Living (If It’s Not With You)’.
Lifted off their recent album ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships’, it’s likely Coachella will mark one of the band’s final US shows prior to the release of their new record ‘Notes On A Conditional Form’, which is expected for release this summer.

BBC Music have announced their lineup for the BBC Introducing stage at this summer’s Glastonbury Festival.
Nestled within the Silver Hayes village of Worthy Farm, the BBC Introducing stage has become the place to be to explore new talent – previous inductees have included the likes of Glass Animals, Ed Sheeran, Slaves and George Ezra.
2019’s BBC Introducing will see appearances from Celeste, Ferris & Sylvester, Deep Deep Water, Arlo Parks and Isaiah Dreads, among others. As per previous years, expect one or two surprise performances during the weekend too.

Glastonbury Festival organisers have announced the 2019 line-up for their Silver Hayes dance area, and as you could imagine, it’s a bit of a corker.
Returning with its five original stages, alongside their new ‘micro venue’ No Average Groove, 2019’s Silver Hayes will also see their main Sonic Stage return with a brand new design, and will house the likes of TQD, My Nu Leng and a B2B session with Wilkinson and Sub Focus on the Friday. Saturday 29th June will see Crazy P, Dan Shake and Artwork hit up the afternoon, with electronica-galore driving through the evening (Peggy Gou, Camelphat, Denis Sulta). Sunday will see the return of Maverick Sabre, with other rising talents featured, including Ocean Wisdom, Emerald, Ray BLK, Tion Wayne and Hardy Caprio.
No Average Groove, which is new for 2019, will feature all genres of music and styles, and has been cited as the ‘new hidden gem of Silver Hayes’. Expect a lot of dancing, coupled with some of underground dance’s finest talents.
The Wow Stage also returns this year, showcasing the best in both emerging talent and established names from House, Techno, Garage, Grime, Drill and Hip Hop. Wow favourites Four Tet, Ben UFO, Midland and Craig Richards return for the best in House and Techno. AJ Tracey will headline the stage on Saturday, alongside appearances from Headie One, Fredo and Suspect. Sunday highlights will see an exclusive live performance from Inner City, alongside a lo-fi set from Ross From Friends.
2019’s Silver Hayes will also see the Gully and Blues stages morph together, bringing a wealth of global sounds under one venue. Kojey Radical, Mala, Flohio and the Havan Meets Kingston Sound System are just some of the highlights. Meanwhile the Pussy Parulure will see a mixture of funk, jazz and late-night moods, including SAmpa The Great, Eliza and The House Gospel Choir.
Finally, the BBC Introducing Stage will also be back for this year, with its stage breakdown set to follow imminently.
