Premiere: Andy Bach – ‘Come On And Dance’
As someone who’s been on the DJing circuit since the mid-90s (plus also noted as the head-honcho over at Young Society Records), it’s clear that Andy Bach has become a force to reckon with as one of Europe’s finest. Today however he gives one-up to the rest of his peers with the excellent Come On And Dance, a track we’re super-hyped to be able to premiere for you folks today.
Nestled within CR2’s superb Cr2 Trax Volume Four compilation, out this Friday, Come On And Dance has all the positive feels that surrounded early disco-house. Think stabs that echo Patrice Rushen’s iconic Forget Me Nots with some glimmery ‘catch-them-or-miss-them’ vocals, and you’ve got a groove here that can’t fail to put a smile on your face. Dimitri From Paris has always been a hero for these kinds of modern-day, house-led disco cuts, but Andy Bach’s delivered something that’s so fitting to summer sun that it could well be that ‘cerebral soundtrack to festival season’ you’ll be looking for when you reminisce on the happy times later this year.

Grammy Awards 2017: Watch A Tribe Called Quest perform medley with Busta Rhymes and Anderson .Paak
A Tribe Called Quest recently shared their last ever record We Got It from Here… Thank You 4 Your Service, however the late-2016 release date meant the group missed eligibility for nominations into this year’s Grammys. Instead, however, they were invited onstage to perform for the first time, and it was definitely a set to rememeber!
Inviting Busta Rhymes and Anderson .Paak onstage, ATCQ delivered the most politically-charged performance of the night, with Busta referring to Donald Trump as “President Agent Orange”, Q-Tip chanting “Resist” and a cap of the performance which saw the group invite a host of immigrants onstage.

Ed Sheeran announced for Teenage Cancer Trust 2017
Ed Sheeran has announced his return to the Royal Albert Hall for a one-off gig in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust.
Set to hit the iconic stage on 28th March, Ed joins an already-impressive line-up for the annual event, which this year includes the likes of Pet Shop Boys, Olly Murs and Paul Weller. Of the announcement, Sheeran says “It’s an honour to be asked back by the Teenage Cancer Trust for their fundraising week of live gigs. It’s such an important cause and one that I’m extremely proud to be part of. See you on March 28 and let’s raise loads of money for young people with cancer!”.

Grammy Awards 2017: Watch Beyonce perform a medley of ‘LEMONADE’ tracks
Beyonce walked away with two Grammy Awards last night, one for Formation (Best Music Video) and a second for last year’s surprise LEMONADE LP (Best Urban Contemporary Album), though her stunning performance of Love Drought and Sandcastles definitely became a high point of the entire evening.
Alongside both tracks (which she performed heavily-pregnant), Beyonce ‘did a Beyonce’ by also sharing the songs’ official videos which you can catch below underneath last night’s performance:

Grammy Awards 2017: Watch Adele open the show with ‘Hello’
Adele opened last night’s 59th Grammy Awards with a perfect rendition of Hello, a strong start of an evening which culminated with even more praise showered upon the Londoner (no less than also walking away with all five awards she was nominated for).
Alongside the award wins (which saw her dedicate her Album Of The Year gong to Beyonce), Adele also performed a gorgeous tribute to George Michael, slowing down Fastlove into an emotive ballad.

Last summer, The Grammy Awards committee switched their rules to finally allow records that were exclusive to streaming-only to become eligible for award consideration, and thank heavens they did – these changes allowed Chance The Rapper’s Coloring Book to be in line for a large amount of nominations, and he walked away with three awards by the end of the ceremony.
Chance cemented the occasion by performing a medley of tracks from the project (it won Best Rap Album btw), enlisting Kirk Franklin, Tamela Mann, Francis and the Lights plus a stunning gospel choir. Catch the breathaking performance below:
