It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything fresh from Billon, but today he returns to the scene, and in particular the dancefloor, as he drops his new joint Snake Song.

BBC Radio 1 have teased their summer 2017 plans for their return to Ibiza.
Announced by Danny Howard on his Friday night R1 Dance show, this summer’s line-up will mark Radio 1’s 22nd year of broadcasting shows and hosting events throughout the White Isle, alongside continuing their trend of bringing a mix of some of the freshest and established dance acts to the masses.
Set to run over the 4-6th August weekend, 2017 will see Radio 1 DJs Annie Mac, Danny Howard, Pete Tong and Mistajam (among others) grace the decks at Hi Club and Cafe Mambo; guest names will also be revealed over the coming weeks too as the countdown begins.

Today’s reveal comes for the kids in all of us (oh, and the under-12’s too) as Dynamo and Basil Brush being confirmed among the guestlist for Glasto’s Kidzfield later this summer.

Boy Better Know have announced their biggest live show to-date with an O2 Arena takeover later this year.
Little information has been revealed so far, but one concrete piece sees the collective hitting the iconic London venue on Sunday August 27th (August Bank Holiday weekend). Additionally, it will be an all-day affair (2-11pm), with the event promising “a day of music, film, gaming, sport, food and London lifestyle”.
The associated press release for the event added that BBK will “curate and impose their own agenda… taking full control of the various music venues and bars, the cinema, the restaurants and communal spaces to create another unforgettable moment of greatness in their home town”.

Toddla T has announced his new single Beast.
Premiered as fellow Radio 1 co-presenter Mistajam’s latest ‘Hottest Record’, Beast hears Todd reunite with Andrea Martin (who collaborated with the producer on last month’s excellent Blackjack21), plus guest vocals from Stefflon Don.

HAIM have finally returned to the scenes with Right Now, the first track to be lifted off their upcoming second studio album.
Premiered on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show earlier today, Right Now previews Something to Tell You (out July 7th) and arrives courtesy of the track’s visual, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Paul Thomas Anderson. HAIM have also confirmed that Right Now is more a pre-curser to their return as opposed to an official single; Something to Tell You‘s lead single Want You Back will arrive on 3rd May, premiered as Mistajam’s ‘Hottest Record’ on BBC Radio 1.

Hacienda Classical have self-confirmed their appearance at this summer’s Glastonbury Festival, following an event-listing on DJ Graeme Park’s official website.
Not only will this be their first foray onto Worthy Farm, but the listing also confirms that Hacienda Classical will in fact be opening the Pyramid Stage on Friday 23rd June. Their appearance also comes bang in the middle of a hectic summer for the ensemble, aka the brainchild of former Hacienda DJs Park and Mike Pickering, as they hit a multitude of other events, including a headline show at London’s Royal Albert Hall.

Katy Perry follows up the Skip Marley-featuring Chained to The Rhythm with another collaboration as she enlists Migos for new single Bon Appetit.
Out this Friday (28th April), the track follows recent news of Perry’s forthcoming headline slot at next month’s Radio 1’s Big Weekend. She will also make her debut Worthy Farm appearance four weeks later at Glastonbury.

Mura Masa’s been receiving more than a fair few accolades over the past couple of years. Deservedly so too; his slick visionary production has shaped the future sound of British forward-leaning electronica, and with many a hit collaboration already under his belt, the time is now ripe for his anticipated debut album.
Set to land in July, the 20 year-old’s self-titled effort will feature even more guests, including Desiigner, Christine & The Queens, Damon Albarn and more. Three out of the 13 songs within the project will also feature Mura Masa himself on vocals.
Alongside the project, the producer (aka Alex Crossan) has announced details of an Autumn UK tour, which will see him stop in Bristol (18th October), London (19th October) and Manchester (22nd October). Tickets will go on presale next Wednesday 3rd May, with a general release two days later.
Mura Masa was recently announced to return to Silver Hayes at Glastonbury this summer, following packing out the WOW tent on the Thursday night of last year’s Worthy Farm debut. He will also stop at Park Life, Field Day and Dublin’s Forbidden Fruit throughout festival season too.

As areas go, this one is one we’ve been most looking forward to as Glastonbury’s Silver Hayes finally reveals its full line-up for 2017.
Now in its fifth year, the former Dance Village has welcomed some of the biggest names in electronica, house, bass, grime and more for this summer, including the likes of My Nu Leng, Charlie Sloth, Mylo, Fatboy Slim, Nadia Rose and more.
Silver Hayes now becomes the third major area to announce their Glastonbury plans, following recent reveals from Block9 and Avalon; toward the end of March, Glastonbury officials also shared details of the first 80 acts, with the larger line-up of over an expected 3,000 performers set to be announced in full in early-June.
