Next week sees the release of Ed Banger Records’ ED REC 100 compilation, a collection of 17 songs that will feature new music from some of the French imprint’s biggest artists. Whilst a couple of the tracks have already hit the web, it’s this one that we’re probably most-excited for, as Boys Noize jump on the remix of Justice’s Randy, one of the strongest cuts from the dance duo’s recent Woman LP.

ZHU premiered a mysterious new track during his show at Miami’s Ultra earlier this year; a darkened slice of electronica that had his fans go wild as to when the full edit would finally become available.
Now that song has arrived, formally titled Intoxicate, and comes as the first piece of new music from the producer since March’s Nightcrawler.

Nicki Minaj has promised to help support the future education of some of her most-devoted fans during a surprise tweeting spree.
Overnight (7th May) saw Nicki replying and RTing fans’ Musical.ly videos in the hope of winning a chance to fly out and hang with the star for the day – it was then that one fan quizzed “well you wanna pay for my tuition?”. It was at that point when Minaj changed the focus of the Musical.ly competition, instead raising hopes by promising to invest in the future of her hardworking fanbase:

Give or take, the past twelve months have been pretty stellar for both Becky Hill and MNEK. Becky’s sold out Scala, hit the high-heights with MK on Piece of Me, and most notably, her collab with Matoma on False Alarm recently earned Silver status here in the UK. MNEK meanwhile has had his hand in pretty much a good chunk of the Top 40 – from Beyonce to Zara Larsson to Little Mix to Stormzy, the young Catford-raised producer has proven himself to being probably one of the most in-demand Brits in recent years.
Today however, both Becky and MNEK reunite, with the latter revisiting the former’s March jam Rude Love (a track he produced, no-less), with the bloody-powerful Rude Love VIP Mix.

Last week Gorillaz paid a trip to US TV’s ‘Late Show With Stephen Colbert’ where they performed Let Me Out alongside Pusha T and Mavis Staples. One week on from that performance, a second clip has now been shared online which sees Damon Albarn’s crew revisit their classic hit Feel Good, Inc, this time with Colbert himself taking control of De La Soul’s raps.

Louis Futon’s shared his slick new rework of Kendrick Lamar’s PRIDE., a project which arrived following a request from the Philly producer’s fanbase. The response saw him undertake the intro to K.Dot’s DAMN-outtake, with Futon flowing the joint across a smooth futuretronic/trip-hop beat.

Spotted by fans moments ago, it’s unconfirmed whether these accounts have been deleted or if a platform error on both has led to the pages being unavailable (the latter point MASSIVELY unlikely btw – there’s probably more chance of Yeezy releasing an album a week until the end of the year than both Twitter and Insta both having errors which would affect one sole account).

Some fans are even starting to speculate that Yeezy deactivating his account could be a good thing:
