Video: Pink – ‘Revenge’ (ft Eminem)
Pink’s new collaboration with Eminem on Revenge has hit the web, following the release of the singer’s new album Beautiful Trauma.
Hitting the web moments ago, Pink recently described the coming together of the song, saying “I reached out to [Eminem] in this case… I love him. I’ve always loved him. I think he’s a lyrical genius, and I just wrote him a love letter. I had written this song. I had went to the studio and drank a lot of wine, I wrote ‘Revenge.’ And then, I went home and drank more wine because that’s what you do when you’ve already drank a lot of wine — you think more wine is a good idea — and I wrote him an email and I said, ‘I love you. I’ve always loved you. I’ve loved you since you gave me your autograph at the 2001 MTV Music Video Awards. I love that you always work with the same people.’ I just wrote this love letter, and he just wrote back, ‘OK.'”
Earlier this week, Eminem returned with a fiery freestyle targeting Donald Trump; it’s also widely-rumoured that the rapper will release his anticipated new studio album next month, with a new single to be revealed in the coming weeks.

Ahead of tomorrow’s release of her new album Beautiful Trauma, a snippet of Pink’s Revenge, her new collaboration with Eminem has hit the web.
Though we don’t hear any bars from Em himself, the teaser does seem to follow previous rumours of a “fun” joint, akin to examples of some of both Pink and Eminem’s more tongue-in-cheek past tracks.

Jessie Ware has shared her beautiful new video for Alone, ahead of next week’s release of her anticipated third album, Glasshouse.
Co-written by Kid Harpoon and Sarah Aarons, Alone follows Midnight as the second joint from the upcoming record, a track described by Jessie as a song about “stealing time away with your loved one”.

Zak Abel has announced his first headline show for 2018, as he makes his debut appearance at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire.
Revealing the news earlier today, the stint follows on from his recent show at Camden’s KOKO where Abel performed to a sold-out audience.

Watch Eminem demolish Donald Trump with a frantic new freestyle
Eminem used his appearance at the BET Hip Hop Awards to tear into Donald Trump during a fiery freestyle.
The pre-taped segment, filmed in Detroit, saw Em describe Trump as “a kamikaze that’ll probably cause a nuclear holocaust” (among other comparisons), in a 4-minute assault on the 45th United States president.
The rapper’s BET appearance marks what’s likely to be the first in the promo run for his anticipated new album, rumoured to land next month.

Eminem will be previewing new music…. tonight!
With his eighth studio album rumoured to be released in just over a month, it seems like the wait may nearly be over to hear some of the fruits of Eminem’s new project.
Tweeting from his Shady Records account moments ago, it’s transpired that Marshall will be gracing this evening’s BET Hip Hop Honors Awards, and it could be more than just a fresh verse on Khalid’s own appearance on stage.
Details are sketchy about this evening’s plans, but in terms of new Eminem music in its entirety, this Friday will also see the release of Pink’s new Beautiful Trauma record, with a confirmed Eminem collaboration on Revenge.

Listen: Mabel – ‘Begging’
Mabel has announced her new Ivy to Roses mixtape, alongside sharing the project’s lead track, Begging.
Out this coming Friday (13th October), the Londoner’s new collection focuses on the everyday turmoils and pressures of life in relationships, telling The Fader “How do I grow as a person, but how can I be in love with somebody? How do you grow separately without growing apart?”
Begging, however, hears what seems a continuation of this summer’s Finders Keepers. It’s an airy joint – a simple alt/dancehall-esque beat sinks into the background with Mabel’s striking vocals positioned as centre-stage here, all leading to one powerful chorus.

Jersey-based Donna Missal has come a long way since her incredible rework of Drake’s Hotline Bling a couple of years back. Endearing on first listen, that edit delivered the joint in a completely new light, and today Missal further ups her vocal prowess, returning with the powerful Transformer.
