EP stream: Emeli Sande – ‘Kingdom Coming’
Emeli Sande has shared her first piece of new music since last year’s Long Live The Angels with her new EP, Kingdom Coming.
Featuring six new songs, the project hears the Scottish singer hook up with the likes of Giggs, Wretch 32 and Dave East for what seems, on early-listen anyway, one of the most-accomplished projects of the year.

Listen: Tom Misch – ‘Movie’
Tom Misch has announced his debut album Geography, teasing the collection by revealing the project’s lead single, Movie.
Set for release next April, Geography marks a major step in Tom’s illustrious career, which has seen him so-far release the acclaimed Beat Tape 2, alongside February’s 5 Day Mischon EP. If Movie is anything to go by, Geography won’t have a hard job pleasing his ever-growing fanbase.

Video: N.E.R.D. – ‘Lemon’ (ft Rihanna)
As speculated, N.E.R.D. debuted new music today, teaming up with Rihanna for Lemon.
Premiered as Zane Lowe’s latest Beats 1 World Record, the track marks Pharrell, Chad Hugo and Shay Hayley’s first piece of new music since 2010’s Nothing, with Rihanna’s appearance hearing her deliver some of her fiercest verses in a long time (including the potential LEMONADE-stabbing “I pull up with a lemon… your eyes get acidic”).

A new N.E.R.D. single may be announced as soon as tomorrow
N.E.R.D. are highly-speculated to be releasing new music tomorrow, following mysterious posters appearing across key cities since the start of the week.
The imagery, which reads N.E.R.D.’s acronym No_One Ever Really Dies has added further hype with both Pharrell Williams and Beats 1’s Zane Lowe hinting at a secret new song having its first play tomorrow (Wednesday 1st November)

The speculation doesn’t stop there, though – several music forums have been piecing parts of the web together, potentially leading to the new N.E.R.D. track hearing a collaboration with Rihanna. Users on LipstickAlley have noticed Rihanna and Pharrell both leaving a video shoot around the same time, with 24/7 Pop Culture also seeming to confirm the shoot too.

Bestival announce 2018 plans; new Circus theme and new dates
Bestival organisers have announced their 2018 plans, with an all new theme and at a new time of year to boot.
Set to return for its second year at Dorset’s Lulworth Estate, Bestival 2018 will now take place on 2nd-5th August, one month prior to its usual September fixture. The event will also continue Bestival’s historical vibrancy by moving into a circus theme for the year.
Details are obviously scarce at the moment (expect line-up teasers and announcements to kick in from the start of the year), but the press release promises a host of circus acts, including “Art Car Night Circus Parade, Caravanserai flying trapeze, fire eating, knife throwing, bearded ladies (and men!), the Insect Circus Museum, sword swallowing, our hall of mirrors, circus workshops…. and free haircuts”.

New London festival All Points East announce stellar 2018 lineup
London will be home to an all-new three day festival next summer, as Goldenvoice, the folks behind Coachella and Panorama, bring a host of acts to the capital across the May 2018 Bank Holiday weekend.
Set to hit Victoria Park from 25-27th May, the three day event will also be joined by a 10-day conference too to celebrate the festival’s debut. LCD Soundsystem, The xx and Bjork will make up the headliners across the weekend, with the likes of Lorde, Sampha, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, George Fitzgerald and Glass Animals, among others, also confirmed to appear. There will also be three stand-alone shows, with the first confirmed for Saturday 2nd June, headlined by The National.
