With rumours circling around the release of the official video next week, Eminem has unveiled the lyric video to his new track Berzerk.
Berzerk is set to be the lead single off the rapper’s eagerly awaited new album MMLP2, out in November.

A new remix of Avicii’s summer smash Wake Me Up has surfaced online. The Bob Marley-inspired ‘reggae remix’ slows down the country & western EDM beat, along with Aloe Blacc’s vocals, to create something, well, quite nice actually.

The 90-second iTunes clip of the track ‘Lay Me Down’, is taken from Avicii’s forthcoming new album True, out 16th September.

Mutya Keisha Siobhan dropped in to SBTV recently to record an A64 of new single Flatline. The track, which was released for download this morning, is the first official single from the reformed ex-Sugababes.

A surprising track has reached us at Stagedoor FM towers tonight, and no, not because it’s a Justin Bieber track, moreso that it’s actually not a half-bad Justin Bieber track.
The new song Wait A Minute features a surprising collaboration with rapper Tyga and is set to appear on DJ Tay James’ forthcoming mixtape WeKnowTheDJ Radio Volume 3.
Whilst Bieber’s inclusion is hardly groundbreaking, Tyga spits his bars with similar sophistication as Yelawolf. First things first, this isn’t a pop track, moreso purely a head-nodding, soulful collaboration.

Following on from her sensational track Cold Front earlier this summer, British vocalist Laura Welsh has returned with new single Undiscovered.
Produced by Dev Hynes (Solange, Mutya Keisha Siobhan), Undiscovered is a wonderful piece of electronic folk (is that even a genre?). In fact, I’m genuinely not sure how to classify Welsh, as a genre ‘fucking awesome’ just doesn’t seem to resonate well with the wider of audiences out there.

French indie band Phoenix have been forced to cancel their impending iTunes Festival appearance tomorrow (Saturday 7th September). An illness befalling singer Thomas Mars is said to be the reason for the last minute cancellation.
The band made the following post on Facebook to confirm.

During a tweet by a member of One Direction’s team today, it was confirmed that the British pop group’s new album is to be called Midnight Memories.
The album is set to be released on 25th November, with preorders starting this Monday 9th September.

Less than 24 hours after the official unveiling of her new video Roar, Katy Perry has confirmed the cover artwork of her new album Prism.
The album is set for an October 22nd release and can be preordered from the iTunes link below:
Sugababe Jade Ewen has opened up to Digital Spy, unwittingly confirming the end of the pop band.
According to the site, Ewen has confirmed that any other potentially recorded music claims are false, saying “This is a tricky one because I don’t feel comfortable lying, saying we’re in the studio recording and we’re going to bring music out next year, which seems to be the favoured line…. I think it’s unfair to fans and we should be honest. The band being over is definitely not my choice. I kind of was unlucky in that I came in [to Sugababes] towards the end of the cycle when things naturally came to the end…. There was so much drama surrounding the group, I think the music just got lost. I don’t like all the drama and the negativity. We kind of fizzled out about two years ago.”
