Beyoncé has jumped on the official remix of Megan Thee Stallion’s ‘Savage’, lifted from the latter’s recent project, ‘Suga’.
New verses are added to the song (which also sees writing credits from The-Dream and Jay-Z), with Bey shouting out various cultural references, including OnlyFans and TikTok. Upon sharing the song, Megan tweeted “I’m fucking crying rn HOUSTON WE ON 🔥🔥🔥🐝🐝🐝🐎🐎🐎 SAVAGE REMIX FT THE MF QUEEN @Beyonce OUT NOW”
Proceeds from the song will benefit Bread of Life Houston’s COVID-19 relief efforts. The Bread of Life, which was founded in September 1992, have been at the forfront in providing support for those affected by Coronavirus. Since the start of the pandemic, the charity had delivered 14 tons of produce, shelf-stable food, and other supplies to 500 families each week via a drive-through distribution process, whilst also delivering food to 100 homebound seniors each week, and much more.
