The 1975 have shared ‘Me & You Together Song’, the latest excerpt from their forthcoming album, ‘Notes On A Conditional Form’.
Released alongside a world exclusive live performance on BBC’s Radio 1 (where it earned the accolade of Annie Mac’s latest ‘Hottest Record’), ‘Me & You Together Song’ follows on from last year’s ‘Frail State of Mind’; the track will join the previously-released ‘People’ on the band’s new record when it finally lands in the Spring.
Detailing the delayed release date of ‘Notes On A Conditional Form’ (which recently shifted from February to April 24th), The 1975’s Matty Healy said “It takes, like, three months or something to physically make a record on vinyl so it comes out on the 24th of April. Sorry if that’s annoying or whatever… for the sake of a couple of months, in the grand scheme of things, [the delay] doesn’t really make any difference”.
