Having previously delivered their ode to the Capital with the gorgeous ‘London Love‘, electro-soul duo WESLEE have shared their new cut, ‘Something Bout You’.
A soulful ballad draped in sentimentality, ‘Something Bout You’ deploys a minimalist beat, allowing Emma’s sumptuous vocals to take centre-stage. A fair cry from the playfulness of its predecessor, WESLEE’s new one wears its heart on its sleeve – sombre and slow, yet instantly head-nodding in its output.
Alongside ‘Something Bout You’, the duo have also announced an upcoming show at London’s Omeara on 29th October. Marking their second headline performance of the year, their Omeara appearance will come ahead of their upcoming as-yet-untitled new EP, expected to land in early-2020.
Listen to ‘Something Bout You’, below; Omeara tickets are also avaialble here.
