Ending weeks of fevered anticipation since its announcement last month, Skepta’s long-awaited fifth studio album, ‘Ignorance Is Bliss’, has arrived.
Preceded by two brilliant singles and their accompanying videos (‘Bullet From A Gun’ and ‘Greaze Mode’), ‘Ignorance Is Bliss’ sees the Tottenham-born MC once again push boundaries for grime as an overarching genre – from a majority of self-production all the way through to a solid guestlist of features (J HUS, Cheb Rabi & B Live, Lancey Foux, Lay Z & Wizkid and BBK), Skepta’s new one marks the ‘Konnichiwa’ follow-up that will no-doubt satisfy fans both new and old.
