As he inches closer to his forthcoming LP ‘Hyperion’, Gesaffelstein drops another heavyweight collaboration, this time with Pharrell.
‘Blast Off’, which follows last year’s The Weeknd tie-up ‘Lost In The Fire‘, lays down Gesaffelstein’s signature slick, pulsing bassline at its foundation, with a funky rhythm to keep the motion going while Pharrell weighs in with a soulful 80s-inspired top line.
