While DJ Mustard has now dropped his DJ moniker (he’ll now be known as solely, Mustard), he’s still on-course for firing out the bangers. And today he doesn’t hold back with his solid new gem, ‘Pure Water’.
No relation to Skepta’s, Mustard’s own ‘Pure Water’ brings assisted vocals from Migos. “At first it was just a song me and Quavo came up with” he told Zane Lowe who premiered the song on his Beats 1 show, adding “and then I was like, ‘No, I gotta get the whole gang on here’. We worked our way to get everybody on there and it was … I knew what it was when I first heard it though”.
