Noel Gallagher has hinted to Glastonbury organisers his desire to hit up the Pyramid Stage next year.
Speaking to Talksport earlier today, Gallagher revealed how he would love to headline the festival, as long as it was with his new ‘High Flying Birds’ band. He also discussed how he’d be keen to steer away from leading the charge on a Sunday night – “As long as it’s a Friday, so I can get it out the way early, and enjoy the rest of the weekend”.
Noel recently confirmed his intention to return to the studio in early-2019 to work on the follow-up to last year’s ‘Who Built the Moon?’. “I’m due in the studio in January with David [Holmes] to make another record” he told The Daily Star.
