The 1975 have become the latest group to confirm their partnership with online peer-to-peer ticketing site, Twickets.
The platform, launched back in 2011, connects fans to exchange unwanted tickets at ‘face value’ or less, directly in competition with the likes of Viagogo and GetMeIn (both whom have recently been scrutinised over their exessive resale fees).
Responding to a fan on Twitter earlier today, The 1975’s manager Jamie Oborne confirmed that the band “will be working with Twickets as usual”, delivering another dagger into the exhorbetant resale market.
The 1975 will return with their third studio album ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships’ in November, and will kick off their UK and Ireland tour in January. Check all the ticket links and tour info below:
