Aretha Franklin will be laid to rest today (Friday 31st August) in an invitation-only event in Detroit, however fans will be able to watch and listen to the service in its entirety courtesy of a multitude of live-streams across the globe.
National US broadcasters, including the AP and USA Today will be showing the five-hour long funeral which is set to include tributes from Chaka Khan, Ariana Grande and Stevie Wonder. Former President Bill Clinton will also speak at the ceremony, alongside Smokey Robinson, Tyler Perry and Clive Davis.
