Listen: Mega shares her enchanting debut single ‘Chariot’

In a world where hundreds of tracks land in our inbox almost daily, it’s often rare to find one that, even as a debut, is so instantly-enchanting that you’re left pining for more. These moments come incredibly rare, however fortunately one of those moments crept out the woodwork this week, when North London-based Mega delivered us her beautiful new single ‘Chariot’.

Spanning influences from the likes of Whitney Houston and Amy Winehouse (with definite similarities to Erykah Badu and India Aria thrown in for good measure), the richness of the song cannot be understated. It’s distinctive enough that, on this track alone, Mega could craft out a huge fanbase, and we simply can’t wait to hear what’s next. Grab a listen below:
