Dua Lipa’s strive for world domination has taken another further spin after announcing she will make her debut appearance on NBC’s Saturday Night Live next month.
Confirmed as Spotify UK’s most-streamed woman of 2017, the pop star has had one hell of a year. From playing a packed out John Peel stage at Glastonbury last summer, the singer’s ‘New Rules’ (both the single, and the album of the same name) have quickly ramped up monstrous numbers of plays; coupled with her recent release ‘IDGAF’, it’s little wonder why she’s so much in demand.
Stateside, the singer has also just notched her first Hot 100 top 10, again with ‘New Rules’. It’s unclear which tracks she’ll be performing when she finally hits up SNL, but you can be sure she’ll put on a cracking show.
The Natalie Portman-hosted episode will air on 2nd February.
