It makes absolute sense then that her new single Phone Calls, which we’re bringing you today, received its world premiere jointly by both Annie Mac and Mistajam as their recent Hottest Record/Jam Hot cuts on their respective shows.
Speaking to Annie about the track last night, Jessie said the ethos of Phone Calls surrounds “respecting people that were down with me from the beginning. People that didn’t really have anything to gain or people that just had faith to have faith. People that were riders just to be riders.”
