Radio 1 announce 2017 Live Lounge Month

Jay-Z, Craig David, Rudimental and London Grammar will hit up Radio 1 in September, with the station confirming the return of their annual Live Lounge Month.

Set to open on the 1st of the month with Foo Fighters, the four weeks will also see guests include Pink, George Ezra, 30 Seconds To Mars, Royal Blood and Rag N’ Bone Man. An as-yet-unannounced guest will also close Live Lounge Month on 29th September. Additionally, to commemorate Radio 1’s 50th anniversary, every act’s Live Lounge cover will play tribute to a big song from the past five decades.

**UPDATE: Sam Smith has now been confirmed to close Live Lounge Month with a special concert on 29th September, following the recent release of his new single Too Good At Goodbyes**
