Ahead of his Park Stage performance at Glastonbury last weekend, Sampha stopped by the BBC Treehouse to deliver a couple of acoustic tracks – Blood On Me from his acclaimed debut album Process, alongside a gorgeous rendition of Solange’s Cranes In The Sky.
Both Solange and Sampha had previously worked together on this year’s Don’t Touch My Hair (from her excellent surprise LP A Seat At The Table) – she also marked her seal of approval on the Cranes In The Sky cover, tweeting “Sampha, your voice and soul are unmatched”.
Grab a listen to both tracks over on the BBC website, here.
