Glastonbury curator Emily Eavis has revealed two further acts to be added to this summer’s bill following Thursday’s first wave line-up announcement.
Speaking to NME late last week, Eavis said organisers had “just confirmed Blossoms for the Pyramid Stage which is great. They are one of our favourite new bands from 2016”, before adding “And we’ve got Julia Jacklin in the Park too. She’s one of my favourite new voices. Just gorgeous. So there’s two extra new ones for you that are not on the poster!”
Last month it was revealed 2017 will see “twice as many bands to play” versus previous years, whilst last week’s news saw the likes of Lorde, Katy Perry, Solange, The xx and The Jacksons all added to the line-up.
Those lucky to place a deposit on their tickets back in October now have until 7th April to pay their balance before their tickets get re-released back into this month’s expected resale.
