Sampha’s work with Drake has been heavily-documented over the years; after collaborating with Drizzy on ‘Nothing Was The Same’s Too Much, Sampha also appeared on Drake’s recent More Life project, and earlier this week he chose Controlla as his surprise cover to celebrate his return to BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge.
During the stint (which also saw him perform his Process single (No One Knows Me) Like The Piano), Sampha also teased additional future collaborations. When asked by Clara Amfo whether he has an album’s worth of material recorded with Drake, Sampha coyly replied “maybe”.
Catch both performances below; earlier today Sampha was also confirmed to perform at this summer’s Glastonbury Festival – check the rest of the first-wave announcement here.
