Skepta failed to win any BRIT Awards last night, but he did take to the stage for a live performance of Shutdown. Stupidly, ITV censored the performance (even though it was aired past the UK’s 9pm watershed) – with Jonathan Ross and Dermot O’Leary having previously sworn during the evening, it boggled the mind as to why the broadcaster decided it felt fit for Skep to receive the brunt end of the stick.
