Ed Sheeran has shared the official video for Castle On The Hill, the joint lead single from his upcoming third studio album, Divide.
Delivered as a pure ode to his Suffolk homeland, Castle On The Hill has cemented Ed’s return since the start of the year, placing at No.2 in the UK Official Charts for the past fortnight, with sister single Shape Of You hitting the top spot.
2017 is definintely shaping up to be Sheeran’s year; during a recent Facebook Live stream with MTV, the singer teased that upcoming tour dates were just around the corner – “March. Pretty soon after the album” he said, adding “I don’t know when we’re coming with dates but I know we’re coming with dates soon. I definitely know it starts in March, in Europe.” Ed is also in the running to headline this summer’s Glastonbury Festival, but to date has remained tight-lipped on such a rumour.
