Cliff Richard has become the latest name to be pegged to the Glastonbury 2017 rumour-mill following the announcement of his upcoming UK and Ireland ‘Just…Fabulous Rock ‘n’ Roll’ tour.
Set to kick off on 15th June, the 11-date stint leaves two glaring ommissions – Friday 23rd June and Sunday 25th, the latter more likely with Cliff strongly aligning to the teatime ‘Legends’ slot. UPDATE 10.55: Cliff has now added a date in for 25th June, clashing with the Sunday slot.
Prior to the announcement of his various intimate shows, Cliff spoke to Mirror Online earlier this week teasing a trip to Worthy Farm, saying “If they invited me to Glastonbury I would seriously think about doing it. Then I’d either plan a tour to start there or end there. It would be great.”
More as we hear it – in the meantime, you can check all the tour dates below; tickets go onsale from Ticketmaster next Saturday (12th November)
