Earlier this year, Skrillex and Diplo teased their new Jack Ü collaboration with Florence and The Machine on the tentatively-titled Constellation – moving forward almost six months, the pair have now premiered the new track during their set at last night’s Reading Festival.
Introduced by Diplo stating “We’ve never played this before. It’s a brand new record – Jack Ü and Florence and the Machine.”, the song was instantly recognisable as a cut from both camps – Florence’s vocals catchy from the oft, with Diplo and Skrillex’s signature twisty hooks providing a solidly-distorted backdrop. There’s no-doubt this one could be the next big anthem when it finally gets released.
